Who operates this store
Insteroke is operated by Shijiazhuang Chenlan Technology Co., Ltd. Peng Qinqin is the Owner. These terms apply to browsing the website and purchasing through the store. Shopify provides our ecommerce platform.
Use of the website
Provide accurate information, use the store lawfully and protect any account credentials. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access or misuse another person’s data. You must be legally able to enter into the purchase or have appropriate authorization.
Product information & images
Read each listing before ordering. Generated lifestyle illustrations are identified where used and show styling ideas; they do not independently verify physical specifications. Screen settings may affect color. Background props are excluded unless expressly listed. Ask us about any missing measurement, material or compatibility detail before purchase. We do not claim unverified certifications or performance.
Prices, payment & orders
Prices are shown in USD. Shipping and any collected taxes are displayed at checkout. Offers may change before an order is placed. Submit accurate billing and delivery details. Payment is handled through the checkout’s available payment services. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt; if an error, stock issue or suspected misuse prevents fulfillment, we contact you and explain cancellation or the appropriate refund. We do not replace an agreed price without your agreement.
Changes, shipping & returns
Contact us promptly to request a change or cancellation. Fulfillment stage determines whether it can be made. Our Shipping Policy explains processing plus transit estimates and charges; our Return & Refund Policy explains the 30-day request window and refund process. Both form part of the purchase information.
Care & safe use
Follow product-specific instructions and use items only for their stated purpose. Decorative objects are not automatically approved for food contact, open flames, electrical use or heavy loads. Keep small decorative objects and packaging away from children where appropriate. Do not rely on a lifestyle image as safety guidance.
Intellectual property & third-party services
Store content, original images and design may be protected by intellectual property rights. You may use the website for ordinary personal shopping but may not reproduce content commercially without authorization. Third-party links and services have their own terms; review them when using those services.

Subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live, these terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of competent courts at the company’s location in Shijiazhuang, Hebei, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory local rights or any forum available under those rights. Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
Updates
We may update these terms for future use of the store. The effective date is shown above. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
