Return & Refund Policy

Return eligibility

Email us within 30 days after receiving your order. For a change-of-mind return, keep the item unused, undamaged and in the condition received, with original packaging where reasonably possible. Include proof of purchase. Any product-specific lawful exception must be stated before purchase; no undisclosed exclusion is added by this policy.

How to request a return

Send your order number, item name and reason to service@insteroke.com. For a damaged or incorrect item, include photographs if possible. Wait for return instructions before mailing. Use a tracked service and retain proof of posting. Contact us if the return process presents a difficulty.

This is our default return address. Follow the instructions issued for your specific return. Do not send a return to the separate Shopify administrative business address.

Return postage & damaged items

The buyer pays return postage for personal-preference or change-of-mind returns. For defects, shipping damage or an incorrect item, contact us promptly so we can review the circumstances and provide the appropriate solution and postage arrangements. Mandatory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods remain available.

Refunds

After receiving the return, we inspect it and process an approved refund within 10 business days. We notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the funds. Original shipping charges are refunded where required by law or where appropriate to the circumstances.

Exchanges & cancellations

Contact us if you want a different item; availability and any price difference will be explained before an exchange is arranged. Cancel as soon as possible. We can cancel only while fulfillment allows it; after dispatch, use the applicable return process.

Your statutory rights

This policy supplements and does not exclude mandatory rights under the law applicable to your purchase. Contact us if you believe an item is defective, unsafe or materially different from its description.
