Email service@insteroke.com or use the contact form below. For an existing order, include your order number and the email used at checkout. For product questions, include the product name and the detail you would like clarified. Do not send payment card details or passwords.

Shipping, changes & cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address or cancel. We can make changes only before the order has progressed too far into fulfillment. Consult our Shipping page for processing time, transit estimates and rates.

Returns & damaged items

Please request return instructions by email within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return; for damage or an incorrect item, include clear photographs when possible. Wait for our instructions before sending a parcel. The company address below is our default return address.

Privacy support

For access, correction, deletion or an advertising opt-out request, use the subject “Privacy request.” We may need proportionate identity verification to protect your information.
