Controller & scope
Shijiazhuang Chenlan Technology Co., Ltd., operating Insteroke, is responsible for the personal information used to run this store. This policy covers visits, orders, account interactions and customer support. Shopify hosts our store and also processes information for its own platform purposes as described in its privacy notices.
Information & sources
We receive contact and delivery details, order and transaction information, account information if you use an account, and communications you send us. Checkout payment providers process payment information; do not send card numbers to customer support. The website and service providers may collect IP address, device and browser details, cookies and information about pages and shopping activity. Information comes directly from you, your use of the website and service providers supporting the transaction.
How information is used
We use information to process and deliver orders, provide support, handle returns, maintain accounts, prevent misuse and fraud, operate and improve the store and meet legal obligations. If you subscribe to marketing, we use your email for those communications and provide an unsubscribe option. Order and service messages may continue after a marketing opt-out.
